Do you think it’s a good idea to spread flower seeds?

can’t arrest you if you’re not disturbing the soil or dropping something that’s biodegradeable.

Are you wanting to plant seeds or pic petals off of the flowers and put them down? You do realize you need seeds for them to grow. IF you pick the petals off that is pretty if maybe a picnick but you would have to have a woman to be proposing to to get out of any trouble if you know you are in a different place than I am
