This is absolutely sick!
great
Brought it right down to the Delta didn’t they!
I can’t believe how old he is now but his voice is still SO young!
I love interpretations of the classics…shows the creativity an artist can pull off when he knows what he’s doing.
One of my favourite artists of all time….
Rock on Robert:-)
i miss bonhams pounding drums at the start
great version
this version is not better or worser than the LZ-version!^.^
where do you think this song came from?
Ok it’s not a Led Zeppelin song but they made this song a Mississipi hymn…and this song is not from this world it’s too damn perfect …what a great song and this cover is very very very good…but i miss the intensity of the Bonzo drums…Led 4ver and ever
Sounds perfect, I think the song was supposed to be this bluesy and the backing vocals give it a whole ‘workin on the railroad’ feel.
Plant at this best, personally i don’t think the background singing is not needed sounds better without it
#1 EXCELLENT !!!
bad *** guitarist guy shaved his head
i dont agree:)
Wtf ? I was just looking for the original LZ song…… :S
i’m mad about this song, this is a very good version. but i probably prefer the new one with alison krauss and t bone.
robert plant loves to experiment…
nothing will ever be close to what page plant bonham and jones had together they took on a 5th element while playing
the band kinda ******… plant sounded awesome
I love the solo stuff Robert has been doing, away from the LZ type stuff,it’s refreshing to hear new younger musicians who can “inject” new inspirations into his music (that’s presuming Robert writes the songs himself??)
i have to agree
plant sounds good but the band just sucks
it takes a lot to give me those goosebumpy/chills that come when i really like a performance. i got ‘em big time when i first heard this.
keep it low down and dirty, robert… that’s where you shine.
This is a cool version. Would be nice to add a french accordian in the mix just to see how it sounded.
