I have a very nice and fruitful vegetable garden. It is growing so well that it is getting out of control. I was wondering if you can trim your vegetable garden without hurting the vegetables. Such as trimming the long leaves that don’t have anything flowering from them. We would like to be able to reach our vegtables without stepping on the other ones in there. Right now we have growing in there is: watermelon, pumpkins, green & yellow squash, tomatoes ( big beef & cherry), turnips, radishes.
What can i do or get to stopp this. My pumpkin, watermelon, beans, tomatoes and butternutsquash has it………….i cut the leaf off but i dont knw if im doing the right thing…….help please
I live in the upper Southeast and am planting a garden this spring. Before this year, we only planted onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and potoatoes, of which I only eat potatoes. Can you recommend some more fruts and/or vegetables that take full sun to partial shade? It gets >90 degrees many days. I am interested in trying some new things. Thanks, and God bless!!!! =]
