The Green Thumb is a companion for people growing plants — houseplants, garden beds, or both. We help you identify plants, build a care plan, stay on top of watering and weather, and ask questions along the way. If something isn't working the way it should, we want to fix it.

Common topics
Managing or cancelling your subscription The Green Thumb Pro subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple, not through The Green Thumb directly. To view, change, or cancel your subscription: open Settings on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions → The Green Thumb. Changes to auto-renewal take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Restoring purchases If you've reinstalled the App, signed in on a new device, or your Pro status isn't showing up, open the App and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This reconnects an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Deleting your account and data You're always in control of your data. To permanently delete your account and the data associated with it, open the App and go to Settings → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's deleted and what (if anything) we retain, and why.
Something looks wrong with a care plan or the assistant The Green Thumb's guidance is AI-generated and can occasionally be off. Let us know what you saw — screenshots help — and we'll take a look. For anything involving safety (for example, whether a plant is toxic or safe to eat), please don't rely on the App alone; check with a qualified professional or a trusted reference.
